No Matter what the Occasion We are there

Rarely, if ever, have I written a letter of thanks to a transportation company but my experience with Santa Fe Valet warrants one. Thank you for helping to make our Santa Fe Conference such a huge success. Having a meeting in February, with delegates arriving to ABQ or SAF from all over the country and three international destinations, presents obvious challenges. Add in a few major snow storms, in choice locations, and the anxiety level certainly increases. Despite numerous schedule changes, reroutes, cancellations and a local snow storm, Santa Fe Valet met every challenge with  such professionalism. You have a great team of drivers and  the Manager was really great to work with!

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for the exceptional service you all provided during our Summer Conference. The professionalism and customer service displayed by everyone that i dealt with prior to the event and during was outstanding!

And your manager, wow, what a great employee you've got on your hands. He was very calm, kind and super helpful the entire time. He and I were in constant communication even even when I think he may have been off the clock.

This is a belated thank you to a Valet Captain for going above and beyond. At a party on July 22nd our car had a flat tire which you replaced. We have shared this story with numerous friends. We know Santa Fe Valet gives wonderful service but everyone agreed this was exceptional.

I just wanted to let you know how wonderful James was today.

He provided us with transportation to and from the Wine and Chile Festival. He was on time, accommodating, helpful and professional. We will most definitely use Santa Fe Valet again because of James.
